Lifestyle is about a simple choice that important for human to get a good life. that is make we more carefull in every way that relanshion with our body. We have to make a choice to lead our life better. to reduce illnes for human life. Live with dietary habit, idea, and healthy environment. Healthy is all about what we do is usefull for our body.

some activities to do lifestyle is must be observed and be executed to get lifestyle, Include Consumption vegetable, Sport, intermition, and air quality.
  • Consumption vegetable 
consumption food that full of provit is very important to run the lifestyle. Food must to meet the needs of our body.  But we have to notice about what we eat because in this era of globalisasi many food and vegetable that contain with many drugs. for example about apple, apple get pestide to protect from the enemy like caterpillars and insects. 
we have to choose the best food, and we can consum fruits and vegetable to control our blood and our our healthy. Reduce to eat instant food and eat more ordinary food. 
  • Sport
Sporr is easily doing but we just ignore sport. Sport can make our body more powerfull and save many energy to overcome negative energy in our body. we also can keep our energy if we always get sport in everytime. we can more healty with sport. so dont ignore sport anymore. Sport is very important wor our body. 
  • intermition
intermition is too important torecover our energy from exhaustion and from daily actiyties. We can break and sleep between our agenda to make our body fresh again.
