What is spinach crispy chips ?, that is a chips made from spinach. the main material is spinach that we often find it in our garden. I usually eat spinach after i cook them as a soup. But now we can it in more ways. The one that i want to share is how to make a Spinach Crispy Chips.
Its a simple way to make an inovation about Spinach.


Do you know how to make spinach crispy chips???.  to make them its just a simple way that we can actually do in our kitchen. we just have to prepare the material and the equiptment.

Materials:

1. Spinach
2. Wheat flour
3. Rice Flour
4. Salt
5. Garlic
6. Oil
7. water

and then you have to prepare the equiptment, just like a pan and spatula to frying the chips. oke lets do it

1. Fisrt, clean the spinach and dry it.
2. mash the garlic 
3. mix the wheat flour and the rice flour about 50:50 percent, pour water to mix the dough. add some salt and the mashed garlic. mix it
4. after the dough finish put the spinach to the dough one by one
5. heat the pan and pour oil. After the oil perfect. Put spinach into oil. 
6. Fry until the spinach become crispy.
7. and serve.
